Project of Love – an Update on our EP – by Linda Algozzini
Happy Autumn Everyone!
The Out of Darkness & Finding the Light EP is officially in the final stages of production. As with anything worthwhile in life it is important to flow with universal energies and recognize when to allow ‘divine timing’ to take over, versus pushing for dates and outcomes that no longer serve the highest good.
So, I thought it would be appropriate to provide some intimate snapshots that show a moment in time of the work that has been in progress over this past year. Nothing glamorous, but a ‘Project of Love’ that began in the fall of 2023 has been a journey about honoring a man taken too soon, learning to live with the loss, and finding a collaboration of love and sisterhood that has become precious and life sustaining as each day passes.
Blessings that rise from the ashes and become the gifts from heaven to cherish.

Let’s Begin with the Catalyst for my Inspiration - Snapshot
What a profound joy that my son chose me to bring him into this world. I am a Gemini and he is a Libra. My moon sign or shadow self is Libra, which always provided a profound connection between the two of us.
He was intelligent, charismatic, loved.
Dustin loved all humans regardless of status, color, or culture. He gave all he had and then some to others but was no nonsense when it came to business – creating his visions, or transforming agencies; like the FCC.
Dustin loved football and kickboxing.
After his death, he is memorialized on a billboard in North Kansas City, Missouri.
Dustin loved to Let Go! He lived life to the fullest!

This will have been a four-year journey for me and with the rollout of the Out of the Darkness & Finding the Light EP, it is my hope that if any of our music resonates with you, that you will find peace, healing, and boundless love from our hearts to yours.
This Project of Love is intended as Dusty’s legacy that will pay forward to anyone who needs love, compassion, kindness OR who has felt the loss of someone so deeply that it has shifted their world as they knew it.
I am here to support, guide, and help anyone feeling this earth-shattering pain - to know that you can move through it and find love, peace, and joy as a survivor.
